Procurement Analyst Executive

About the Role

As a Procurement Analyst, you will support the execution of strategic initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. This role supports management in both strategic and operational decision-making and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet customer demand and align with company strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Collect, measure, organize and analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data quality.
• Provide monthly performance updates to the Procurement department and management.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards (weekly / monthly / ad-hoc).
• Review target turnover based on historical data and sales contribution to inform strategic procurement decisions.
• Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Hands-on experience in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Independent thinker and decision maker with good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
• Experience in retail or FMCG is an advantage.
