About the Role

Become Our: Head of Delivery Manager (Corebank). Hybrid working arrangement. Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives in the financial domain, ensuring alignment across business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring completion within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage project budgets including estimation, allocation, and cost control.
• Oversee resource management to ensure appropriate allocation of people, tools, and time.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and analyse business requirements across retail and corporate customer journeys.
• Provide leadership in production support, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement.
• Drive and implement best practices in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps to enhance delivery performance.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on business objectives and technical execution.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering adaptability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Budget Management within large or complex organisations.
• Strong background in technical & system delivery in the financial sector, with exposure to retail and corporate clients.
• Hands-on experience in Production Support and familiarity with incident/problem management processes.
• Basic technical understanding of Core banking system projects and vendor management is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and ability to integrate them into project operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability, problem-solving mindset, proactive and resilient attitude.
