Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end S&OP cycle: Demand Review, Supply Review, Consensus, Executive S&OP, ensuring decisions on forecast accuracy, supply gaps, cost impact and customer prioritization.
• Build and maintain a solid mid- to long-term alignment outlook (3–18 months) and drive cross-functional alignment on one agreed operating plan.
• Lead demand forecasting across Export and Domestic for all 3F and F4 (RTE) categories; leverage Demand Planner Tracker tools combining sales plan, progress, market intelligence, customer insights and promotions; hold commercial teams accountable for forecast accuracy and identify gaps.
• Align supply planning with shrimp procurement: work with Procurement on farm supply, size distribution and volume forecasts; coordinate data for forward-looking pond/harvest projections (3–6 months); translate demand into production plans by SKU, plant, PD lines and certification requirements; evaluate supply risks and constraints.
• Collaborate with Production to create production plans balancing productivity, yield, cost and labor; optimize line loading across plants (3 frozen plants + 1 RTE); recommend make-or-buy, OT and shift adjustments and align with Finance on cost targets.
• Define and maintain healthy inventory levels, manage slow-moving stock reduction, forecast medium-term inventory aging and align with PD to mitigate blind sizes 3 months ahead.
• Align with Finance on volume and mix forecasts for budgeting, profit forecasting and scenario planning; understand margin impact of mix, yield variation and conversion cost differences across lines/plants.
• Strengthen S&OP processes, master data and planning parameters; develop dashboards for S&OP KPIs (forecast accuracy, procurement-to-PD plan, capacity utilization, slow-moving inventory) and build governance for continuous improvement.
• Lead a multi-functional planning team (Demand, Supply, MPS, Procurement); act as neutral integrator between Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance; drive urgency, transparency and fact-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years in supply chain planning, S&OP or operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proven experience in demand & supply planning, production scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes, demand forecasting and supply planning; strategic thinking for mid- to long-term (3–18 months) planning.
• Proficiency in planning tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analytics; advanced Excel and dashboard development for KPI tracking.
• Ability to evaluate risks, develop contingency plans, drive continuous improvement and lead a multi-functional planning team with a sense of urgency and transparency.
