Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change Partner

About the Role

As part of the continued growth and innovation of our Sustainability & Climate Change services, ERM has an opportunity for an experienced leader to join our global consulting firm as a Partner based out of our Bangkok office, and become a true owner and shareholder in a business with Sustainability at its heart. We are seeking established and emerging leaders who combine strong consulting and business development skills with a strong technical foundation to foster and expand client relationships and drive ERM’s climate change and sustainability business across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus on client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM’s consulting services across Climate change strategies, Net zero consultancy/decarbonization, Climate change adaptation, and ESG/Sustainability frameworks.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities that result in significant revenue growth aligned with ERM’s global strategy.
• Provide business-value selling at senior/C-suite levels to raise ERM’s profile, identify and shape client needs, and win large strategic projects.
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones by delivering strategic consulting advice, value, and quality service.
• Contribute to leadership of major climate change and sustainability programs and projects in Thailand and Southeast Asia (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia).
• Manage capture efforts, including proposal development, written content, pricing, and presentations.
• Build, grow, and manage a high-performance team; mentor consultants and develop emerging talent.
• Drive innovation within the service area and work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
• Meet business financial targets, project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in environmental engineering, climate change or a related discipline.
• Extensive consulting experience with strong ability to lead and convert opportunities with C-suite and key decision makers.
• Strong business acumen to understand business risk and recognize corporate opportunities.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering multi‑million dollar sales results annually and successfully winning large strategic projects.
• Recognized technical expertise and an established reputation in the local marketplace.
