Process Improvement Engineer

About the Role

Analyze current operational performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and identify areas for improvement using data analysis. Lead projects focused on optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness, yield improvements, and cost reduction. Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for technical or process issues. Work with production, engineering, quality teams and sales team to implement changes.

• Lead improvement projects to optimize OEE, increase yield, and reduce costs
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical or process issues
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and sales teams to implement process changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Economics, or related field
• Previous experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or engineering, typically 3-5 years

• Working hours: 08.00 a.m. - 17.00 p.m.
• Location: Minburi, Bangkok, Thailand
