About the Role

The role involves managing and growing key customer accounts across Thailand while developing new business opportunities with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key customer accounts across Thailand
• Develop new business opportunities with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
• Work closely with customers and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions
• Drive account growth, sales activities, and customer engagement
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, or Business Development
• Experience in automotive, electronics, industrial components, connectors, fastening systems, or engineering solutions
• Proven track record managing OEM and Tier-1 customers in Thailand
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Thai and English
• Willing to travel within Thailand
