Transport Tracking Staff

BROAD SCOPE:

• Manage transportation plan, job assignment and tracking SDS DDCT truck fleet
• Support New Biz for CS centres
• Coordinate with LSP vendor
• Update Profit and Loss daily and monthly report

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive DDCT truck plan from DDCT truck planner.
• Check detail of job, Import-Ticket, Export-Booking confirm including delivery date.
• Be a contact person and handle DDCT trucker.
• Billing process with internal and updated to team.
• Follow up billing and CS Operations support.
• Other to job assignment
• Any other job duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to use Microsoft office Word, Excel, Power point skill and application
• Understand the transportation and find the solution to improve transport.
• Understanding with transportation costs.
• Knowledgeable and able to check the details with failure from LSP or error.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and Business Administration or financial.
• Good communication in English
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and positive perspective

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2-5 years’ direct experience in a Logistics / Transportation Service

• Solve specific problems very well.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• English language skill read/write communication.
• Critical thinking and fast learner with document details.
• Ability to manage and follow up the document in time
