Digital and IT Lead (Health Care)

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the IT team to collect and analyze business requirements, plan, develop, drive and improve all aspects of IT services related to design, implementation and integration of IT, digital services and automation technologies, network operations and database/information management to support projects.
• Develop digital strategy for the new healthcare business.
• Deploy analytics and digital infrastructure as the core of the business to drive insight, outcomes and customer experience.
• Enhance database management for effective information exchange and timely business reports for better planning and resource allocation.
• Develop IT policy, strategy and operation flows; build foundation for the agreed principles on a digitally-governed hospital.
• Provide vision and leadership in the development and implementation of innovative systems for patient care.
• Oversee reliability and application of software and drive adoption and integration of technologies to improve quality and efficiency of services provided.
• Identify opportunities to leverage company group capabilities during design of the new hospital.

Qualifications

• Age 40 up, Male or Female.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of solid experience in similar managerial positions gained from hospitals, healthcare providers or relevant service industries.
• Sound background in system integration, new technology development, and agile development practices.
• Strong leadership qualities with high-level project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong IT and business acumen; results orientation and ability to understand complex medical administration terminology while working in a changing health IT landscape.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills; proactive and result-oriented.
