We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven leader to drive the strategic development and management of our SME financial product portfolio, focusing on core lending and traditional banking solutions. The role is responsible for ensuring the bank maintains market leadership by offering effective financial solutions for the SME segment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer needs assessment for the SME segment.
• Define strategic roadmap for new product development and enhancement of existing credit and non-credit products (e.g., working capital loans, long-term financing, trade finance, cash management solutions).
• Lead development of Business Cases including financial modeling and profitability analysis for new product initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization and feature design to market launch and post-launch review.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to define product policies, terms, and ensure regulatory alignment (e.g., responsible lending guidelines).
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and executive committees for product approvals.
• Act as primary liaison between Sales, Operations, Risk, and Marketing to ensure seamless product implementation and go-to-market strategies.
• Gather cross-department feedback to continuously improve product features and operational processes and provide training/support to Sales on new products.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in banking, finance, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years in Product Development/Management for SME or Commercial Banking.
• Prior consulting or project leadership experience in financial product launches is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of business lending products and Market Conduct principles.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex financial topics to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or professional certifications a plus.
