Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

Working Location: Olympus (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Gemopolis Industrial Estate, Prawet, Bangkok

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations and drive operational excellence across planning, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and asset control. This role will strengthen supply chain performance, ensure compliance, and support business growth through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, purchasing, order management, import/export, warehousing, distribution, and asset control
• Act as the final local escalation point for operational, service, and compliance-related supply chain issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce lead time, optimize costs, and improve operational performance
• Manage local execution of APAC supply, demand, and inventory plans while proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans
• Monitor and drive KPI/SLA performance with BPO counterparts, vendors, suppliers, and 3PL partners
• Lead local IBP execution and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with commercial, finance, and planning teams
• Manage SCM financial governance including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control
• Lead and develop SCM, Logistics, Distribution, and Asset Control teams through coaching and performance management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, QMS, GDPMDS, and company safety standards
• Lead logistics and warehouse optimization projects including 3PL evaluation, RFP, selection, and onboarding activities
• Influence stakeholders across functions within a matrix organization to drive aligned business outcomes
• Proactively identify and escalate execution risks, capability gaps and trade‑offs to regional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Strong experience in planning, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, distribution, inventory, import/export, and customer operations
• Experience in supply chain transformation, change management, and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of IBP, S&OP, supply chain financial management, and regulatory/compliance standards
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM/SD and other supply chain systems
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in matrix and multicultural environments with outsourced operations (BPO/3PL) management exposure
• Medical Device or healthcare industry experience is an advantage
• Good command of English both spoken and written
