About the Role

• Players in your city browse dozens of weekly football games on a mobile app, book in seconds, show up, and play.
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for the community.
• Operate and grow a local Stranger Soccer licence/venture in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the full local football ecosystem: operations, scheduling and game delivery.
• Lead local marketing and community growth to acquire and retain players.
• Recruit, hire and manage local teams to run games and ensure quality standards.
• Manage local P&L, partnerships with venues and stakeholders to scale the business.
• Use HQ-provided tools, playbook and platform while operating independently on the ground.
