Environmental, Health and Safety Supervisor (2-Year Contract)

At Siemens Mobility, we empower transport providers worldwide to realize sustainable mobility solutions. Siemens Mobility Thailand is recruiting for an Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist to support the MRT Orange Line Project sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as Certified Safety Supervisor overseeing environmental, health and safety practices across all MRT Orange Line Project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor operations and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Investigate incidents and complaints to identify breaches of EHS regulations and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure workers are provided with appropriate PPE and that PPE is correctly used (safety goggles, hearing protection, gloves, protective clothing).
• Stay up to date with changes in legislation and evolving health, safety, and environmental standards and provide expert HSE guidance to project teams.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection results, incident investigations, and corrective measures; propose improvements to enhance site safety performance.
• Work day and night shifts as required by project demands, including critical construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field with professional-level safety certification.
• Relevant professional experience, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or railway project environments.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and applicable industry standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement effective safety control measures.
• Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts during critical construction phases.
• Proficient in English, able to manage documentation and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
