About the Role

Ocean Freight Team Leader — Working Time: Full-Time
Location: Bangna, Thailand

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the performance of a team focused on OFR Export operations.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and take corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Act as subject matter expert for OFR Operations queries, interacting with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers as needed.
• Ensure documents are completed, updated, and processed in a timely and compliant manner according to regulations and internal procedures.
• Process, handle, and distribute all required documents in the shipping area.
• Regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure alignment to serve customers.
• Review processes and design systems to enhance service quality and align with the company’s long-term goals and direction.
• Study operational issues, identify opportunities, and introduce best practices for OFR Ops/CS to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Management, Logistics or related field.
• At least 5–6 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding business or related fields.
• Experience with CargoWise (CW1) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of customer service processes, systems, and operational flow.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good computer skills and MS Office.
