Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants gain hands-on experience at Binance alongside networking and development opportunities to expand professional skills.

• Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to develop, test, and deliver high-quality products
• Understand business scenarios and technical designs to create comprehensive and effective test cases
• Contribute to test automation using existing frameworks or develop scripts to improve testing efficiency
• Execute test plans and identify issues through manual and automated testing
• Track defects through resolution and actively participate in project activities to ensure timely delivery
• Understand project dependencies and contribute to risk mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with Linux, basic database operations, or cloud services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities and ability to work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in software development or testing is a plus
