Responsibilities

• พัฒนาและกำหนดกลยุทธ์ด้านซัพพลายเชนที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุดของลูกค้า โดยมีต้นทุนต่ำที่สุดเท่าที่เป็นไปได้
• Lead the Supply Chain team in implementing best practices and monitoring performance through agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of materials and supplies necessary to meet fluctuating product demand levels.
• Collaborate with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to define and manage intercompany transfer systems.
• Work directly with the sales department to determine the most cost-effective distribution solutions for transporting finished goods to customers.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels both internally and at external warehouses to ensure proper stock rotation and optimize working capital efficiency.
• Work closely with freight forwarders and transportation service providers to establish optimal routes and freight rates, including reviewing and approving all freight terms and agreements.

• Support and promote the proper and effective utilization of the ERP system.
• Serve as a member of the Operations Staff, responsible for regularly reporting departmental KPIs along with analysis and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
