IT Relationship Manager (FAVP)

About the Role

We are seeking IT Relationship Manager to manage and grow assigned business segment portfolios. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth (including non‑interest income), and delivering high-quality banking solutions while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for business segments, ensuring high service standards and building long-term relationships based on trust and value-added advisory.
• Support business segments with appropriate ITD solutions to manage and grow their portfolios and drive revenue (including non-interest income).
• Work closely with Credit, Operations, Product, Legal, and Risk & Compliance teams to deliver solutions; coordinate deal execution, documentation, and post-approval follow-up.
• Resolve business segments' issues promptly and professionally; monitor satisfaction and proactively manage service gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields.
• 3–8 years of experience in IT Relationship Management (depending on segment).
• Strong knowledge of banking products and credit analysis; experience with Retail / SME / Corporate clients is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills; customer-centric and result-driven mindset.
• Good communication skills in Thai & English.
