Managing Director (MD)
Location: Bangkok

Reporting to: Board of Directors

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Managing Director to lead overall business operations and drive strategic growth. This role holds full accountability for business performance, including P&L management, operational excellence, and leadership of the senior management team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives and Board direction
• Oversee overall operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and business continuity
• Manage full P&L, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop senior management team to achieve organizational goals
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
• Represent the company in key stakeholder engagements, including investors and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in senior leadership roles (MD, CEO, GM, or equivalent)
• Proven track record in managing P&L and driving business growth
• Strong experience in strategic planning, operations management, and organizational leadership
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is an advantage
• Experience in leading or participating in IPO (Initial Public Offering) processes is highly preferred
• Candidates with experience in the government sector, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), or regulatory environments will be given an advantage
• Good command of Thai and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
