Motor Claims Investigator

Responsibility:

• Investigate fraudulent or suspicious insurance claims.
• Review and assess claim liability and responsibility.
• Provide guidance and consultation to surveyors and claim investigation staff.
• Prepare official response documents for external organisations regarding claim-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain related operational reports.

Key Requirements:

• Male, aged between 23–40 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle and own a motorcycle will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry will be considered an advantage.
