Finance Controller Analyst - Factory

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Controller Analyst to manage cost planning, analysis, and reporting; drive KPI results; support strategy; and recommend productivity and growth actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost planning and control activities to achieve plant KPIs in areas such as spending, capital, and headcount targets.
• Coordinate with business partners and management to deliver financial analysis that supports timely company performance improvements.
• Manage month-end closing procedures and cost allocation, ensuring charges comply with company policies.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to address identified gaps.
• Conduct business case analyses to determine breakeven points and payback periods for new investments and make-or-buy decisions.
• Offer options for financial and business analysis to business partners and management to support productivity and growth objectives.
• Prepare detailed analyses and simulation studies through financial modelling to inform strategic decisions for business partners and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• More than 10 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and Costing.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing businesses, including planning, costing, financial analysis, and managerial accounting.
• Proficiency in English and communication skills is required.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership capabilities focused on achieving results.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and financial systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of global financial practices and standards in a corporate environment.
