About the Role

Coway Thailand — Bangkok. Data Analyst position supporting marketing, sales and business teams through analysis, reporting and dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, promotion, and customer data to identify trends and business insights
• Monitor and evaluate promotion performance and campaign effectiveness
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
• Support data-driven decision making for marketing and business teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance
• Maintain and validate data accuracy from various sources
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business projects assigned by the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
• 0–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or related roles; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing sales or promotion performance data
• Basic understanding of CRM, marketing campaigns, or retail business
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting automation tools
