Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting and managing strategic projects to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Help manage projects and initiatives related to consumer quality and ensure timely and successful execution of projects.
• Monitor RMA performance and make proposals of products for RCI.
• Facilitate and coordinate with DCs for RMA parts and conduct failure analysis.
• Consolidate and analyse RMA data, feedback, and failure analysis to generate reports.
• Lead the development of RCI solutions with local and global stakeholders and ensure timely execution of RCI actions.
• Regularly update RCI activity status and plans.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional stakeholders and prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Address product quality inquiries from commercial teams and provide product quality knowledge and training.
• Assist in developing a benchmark proposal, including budgets, sample types and quantities, testing plan, and timeline.
• Manage and procure benchmark samples for the study and work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare a comprehensive benchmark report that includes learnings and findings.
