Sr. Specialist - AZAY Bancassurance Training and Development

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, deliver, implement, develop and maintain training programs by specifying training objectives, content and activities to meet identified training needs for bank staff and company field team (BDE/M).
• Initiate development of training materials and tools to ensure high quality and effectiveness of training supports for bank partners according to bancassurance department's training direction.
• Conduct analysis on information, data and resources relating to the section’s training activities and prepare regular reports to management.
• Maintain the training library, recording and file management.
• Implement and maintain training programs by liaising with other departments and partners and arranging training according to the schedule.
• Review course evaluations for further enhancement or improvement and review/update training contents to ensure accuracy, completeness and alignment with training strategies/plans.
• Monitor to ensure all training materials and tools are aligned with company compliance and corporate brand identity (CI) and are user-friendly.
• Plan resources needed to accommodate activities and training materials and ensure quality of training delivery and overall achievement of training objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience, with 3-4 years in training delivery especially Bancassurance.
• Experience in Sales is desirable.
• Experience in rolling out various training programs, collecting feedback scores and sharing data with Head Office.
• Any AI-related skills e.g., ChatGPT or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
