About the Role

Sourcing is the supply engine of the company: the team that builds and runs the operator network and factory relationships behind our footage. This founder-adjacent, chief-of-staff style role owns the systems, tracking, and execution that let sourcing scale without losing the thread. You will turn what we've built into something repeatable and grow into a strategic operator fast.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone of sourcing: pipeline tracking, operator records, country dashboards, and reporting for leadership decisions
• Standardize market operations and turn repeatable practices into a playbook
• Run market and channel analysis to find new sourcing channels and prioritize expansion
• Manage day-to-day operator and partner relationships and track the economics behind them
• Produce written communications: outreach, partner comms, internal updates, and occasional decks
• Run special projects end-to-end that don't fit neatly on any single team

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in operations, strategy, consulting, business development, or a high-growth startup (or a strong alternative case)
• Sharp writing — you'll write for partners, operators, and the founding team
• Fluency with AI tools and daily use of them for research, analysis, drafting, and ops
• Strong with data and tooling; able to make messy things legible
• Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and frequent context-switching across markets
