Manager – Product Communication

Job Description:

• Manage product communication Strategy & Execution plan.
• Facilitate to product communication activities, address communication issues and key messages are delivery consistently across all communication channels.
• Ensuring product communication process is following product governance.
• Support communication request from distribution channel.
• Facilitate training activity by drive the key milestone with Academy, Product Development and Distribution Support to ensure the content are well prepared, key messages are addressed and ensure the training message are effectively communicated.
• Facilitate Product communication process to be align with governance
• Build communication report update for related key governance

Qualification:

• At least 5 years' experience of field experience
• Specializes in the product communication and implementation
• Good in Stakeholder Management
