Internship - Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support Final Test (Mark Scan Pack) Equipment Engineer.
• Analyze equipment data and identify major loss contributors.
• Support preventive maintenance setup for new systems.
• Improve documentation and standardization of equipment procedures.
• Assist setup and release of new machines and establish production line setup.

Qualifications

• Currently studying in Bachelor's degree 4th year in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
• Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor technology and electronic components.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required).
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
