Group Pricing & Underwriting Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Group Pricing & Underwriting Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping competitive group insurance solutions, working closely with internal teams and insurance partners across both local and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risks and prepare competitive quotations for group life and health insurance in line with contractual terms while ensuring high client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner life insurance companies to ensure smooth execution of group insurance processes
• Provide professional insights and recommendations to support insurers in developing group insurance quotations
• Develop and enhance workflows, processes, and documentation related to group insurance operations
• Prepare and organize data for further analysis to improve pricing accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct market research to enhance product offerings and ensure competitiveness aligned with customer needs
• Analyze data and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Insurance, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Group Underwriting (Life & Health Insurance)
• Strong knowledge of group life and health insurance pricing concepts
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is an advantage
