Paid Advertising Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and compliance-focused Paid Advertising Marketing Manager to lead targeted campaigns across our diverse portfolio covering digital assets, money lending, and emerging Web3 projects. You will join a small, dynamic team working closely with the CMO, graphic designers, and copywriting specialists. While creative assets and copy are largely provided, your expertise lies in precision execution, optimization, and strict compliance of high-stakes advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize targeted ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), and Telegram.
• Ensure all advertising strategies strictly adhere to local laws and platform-specific policies regarding digital assets, cryptocurrency, money lending, and iGaming.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI with tight, platform-specific targeting parameters.
• Collaborate with the CMO and creative teams to align campaign strategy with brand messaging.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve KPI performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, X, and Telegram.
• Critical: Deep understanding of advertising compliance for fintech, Web3, crypto, lending, and iGaming sectors, including navigating restricted content policies on platforms.
• Experience running high-conversion, tightly targeted campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, agile team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI-driven results.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential for daily collaboration with an international team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Web3 or iGaming industries is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with community building and engagement strategies on Telegram and X.

What We Offer

• Salary: 65,000 – 70,000 THB per month.
