Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners; establish and manage customer databases, perform customer segmentation, and evaluate customer creditworthiness and business potential.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, product demand, market trends, inventory movement, and customer-related data to support business decision-making.
• Create and implement localized marketing and sales plans to strengthen brand awareness, expand market presence, and drive sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, pricing coordination, invoicing, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute business strategies within the assigned region; lead and manage the sales team to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Good communication in Thai and English is acceptable; Chinese and Thai is preferred.
• Some knowledge about the Thai market is a plus.
