About the Role

Provide expertise and analytical solution to machine efficiency improvements and support overall KPIs and competence in production team.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the operation of production line with standard KPIs.
• Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, and machine efficiency.
• Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line.
• Include and implement WCM activities in the process and lead continuous improvement team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience.
• Experience in WCM, Maintenance or Quality is preferred.
• Solid base in WCM/TPM.
