Operation Management System Supervisor - Makro Mahachai

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Operation Management System to meet the business's needs.
• Analyze data and operational reports to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams to design and implement system development projects.
• Train and support system users in effectively utilizing the OMS.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the system's performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure the security and privacy of data within the system.
• Stay updated on trends and new technologies in operations management for application within the organization.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: At least 1 years in operations management or system development.
• Knowledge of operation management systems and related tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Good communication in Thai and English
