Quality Control Specialist

About the Company

First Class Innovation (Dr.Pong+) is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist with team management experience to support and lead quality assurance processes. This role performs quality checks on research & development technologies and laboratory equipment and oversees a small QC team to ensure products and processes meet established standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee quality control inspections and testing on R&D technologies and laboratory machinery
• Lead, supervise, and support the QC team to ensure daily operations run effectively
• Monitor and evaluate product quality to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in processes or equipment
• Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of testing results, procedures, and findings
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and team performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in quality control or a similar role
• Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred
• Hands-on experience performing quality checks for R&D technology or laboratory equipment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
