About the Role

Job Type / 岗位性质：Full-time 全职

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily Thai-Chinese bilingual interpretation and translation, including business meetings, customer reception, on-site communication and other oral translation support, ensuring accurate and efficient information transmission. / 负责办事处日常中泰双语口译、笔译工作，涵盖商务会议、客户接待、现场对接等口头翻译，保障双向信息传递准确、高效。
• Undertake written translation of official documents, business contracts, mechanical product materials, technical documents and other files, standardize terminology and guarantee professionalism of translated content. / 承接办公公文、商务合同、机械产品资料、基础技术文件等各类文本的双语翻译工作，规范专业术语，保证翻译内容严谨合规、贴合行业特性。
• Assist the office team in daily cross-language communication and coordination between Chinese and Thai parties, sort out business information, and assist in the smooth progress of daily operation and business development work. / 协助团队开展中泰双方日常沟通对接、事务协调，梳理业务信息，支撑办事处日常运营与业务拓展工作有序推进。
• Complete other temporary translation and administrative assistance tasks assigned by leaders. / 完成领导安排的其他临时翻译及行政辅助工作。

Qualifications

• Age: under 30 years old; healthy, with good professional demeanour. / 年龄30周岁以下，身心健康，形象气质良好，具备良好的职业素养。
• Candidate background: Thai nationality; or Chinese nationality with valid long-term residence visa in Thailand. / 身份要求：泰国本地人士；或持有泰国长期有效居留签证的中国籍人士。
• Language competence: Fluent in Chinese and Thai, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to independently complete business and technical translation work with no communication barriers. / 语言能力：精通中文、泰语，听说读写流利，可独立胜任商务、办公及相关技术翻译工作，无沟通障碍。
• Priority: Candidates with relevant working experience in machinery, equipment, automobile and heavy industry are highly preferred; familiarity with mechanical terminology is a plus. / 优先条件：具备机械、装备、汽车、重工行业相关翻译或从业经验者优先，熟悉机械专业术语者择优录取。
• Good communication skills, careful and rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to office work rhythm and cooperate with team business work. / 沟通表达能力良好，工作细致严谨、责任心强，适配驻外办公节奏，能积极配合团队完成各项工作。
