Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.
• Determine quality metrics for manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
• Identify the root causes of technical issues and recommend fixes.
• Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.
• Set and track quality assurance goals.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving product quality.
• Collaborate with relevant teams and departments to improve products.
• Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality.
• Improve product quality by making recommendations for changes.
• Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
• Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.
• Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within the automotive parts industry.
• Good command in English / Chinese
• Familiarity with statistical analysis.
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
• Mathematical arithmetic skills.
• High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations.
• Team spirit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
