Project Manager - Data Center

About the Role

This position reports to: Local Business Service Manager. Work model: hybrid. This role contributes to the Electrification Service business located in Bangpoo. You will lead the execution of medium-size projects, ensuring activities follow procedures, regulations, standards and specifications, and that project deliverables and committed results are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and establish the project execution approach.
• Oversee planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish project goals.
• Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risks; ensure opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Drive formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• More than 8 years of experience in project execution within industrial, electrical, or service-related environments.
• Proven experience managing medium-size projects including planning, execution, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems or electrification solutions (e.g., MV/LV systems, motors, drives, or power distribution).
• Good project management and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer expectations.
• Fluent in English and Thai with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
