Procurement Manager

About the Role

• Lead and execute the company's procurement strategy to support business objectives.
• Manage sourcing and purchasing of machinery, spare parts, services, and project related materials.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract management, and performance review.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives, improve procurement efficiency, and optimize inventory management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.
• Oversee import procurement, delivery planning, and urgent purchasing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and risk management standards.
• Lead, develop, and manage the procurement team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, International Trade, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in construction machinery, automotive, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, leadership, and cost-control skills.
• English and Thai are good
