Energy Agent

About the Role

Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities, and promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere while enforcing rules for guest safety and welfare.

• Provide information about pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center.
• Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities and group events; assist when hosting private functions.
• Promote facility rules and safety; observe activity and respond appropriately per local operating procedures.
• Provide cashier services and process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales when required.
• Assist injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
• Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment and supplies.
