About the Role

You will complete an 18-month international rotation program across different business units and locations. During this time, you will work on innovation and business projects while building the skills needed for your future role. After successfully completing the program, you will transition into a permanent position within NETZSCH. Final position: Application Specialist (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Complete an 18-month international rotation program across different business units and locations.
• Work on innovation and business projects to build future-proof capabilities and competencies.
• Develop skills needed for a permanent role within NETZSCH and contribute to business value creation.

Qualifications

• Passionate about driving innovation in one of the focus areas.
• Technical or business-related bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• A maximum of two years of full-time working experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Data-driven decision-making is a must.
• Agile and visionary mindset – able to work independently and drive business value creation.
