Oversees IT purchasing activities, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient acquisition of technology materials and software licenses.

Job Description:
- Oversees the daily activities of the technology purchasing function; reviews technology purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts.
- Assists with the ordering of materials and supplies from vendors.
- Research, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications; creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials and performs related administrative tasks.
- Coordinates for product support and warranties, leasing, maintenance, and software contracts, as well as hardware purchases, and license information.
- Maintains vendor due diligence information and contract data.
- Works with IT Helpdesk to maintain repository of enterprise software licenses.
- Identify future opportunities for savings.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 -3 years working experience in IT Procurement.
- Experience with software licensing and volume purchasing agreements for the major enterprise system software suppliers (e.g., IBM, HP, Microsoft...).
- Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement management and vendor management.
- Certification in Software License Management is a plus.
- Good communication in English.
