About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and results-oriented Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and frontline production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards while maintaining a highly engaged and productive workforce.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Monitor production output, ensure adherence to schedules and customer requirements, and manage manpower allocation and shift assignments.
• Ensure production processes follow SOPs and work instructions; coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse and support functions to resolve issues.
• Escalate operational challenges, implement corrective actions, monitor KPIs and drive performance improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop operators and team leaders; conduct daily shift meetings and manage performance, attendance and discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, waste reduction and root cause analysis for production and quality issues.
• Support training, onboarding, cross-training and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, ISO and RBA standards, support audits and investigations of quality/safety issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, optical technology, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of production operations, manufacturing processes, quality systems and workplace safety standards.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills; good command of English.

Working Conditions

• Work primarily in a manufacturing production environment with regular interaction with operators, technicians, engineers and support teams.
• Ability to support shift operations, overtime and weekend activities when required by business needs.
