Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new attractions, tours, and experiences
• Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, commission, exclusivity)
• Optimize conversion via pricing, content, and promotions
• Drive partner participation in campaigns and deals
• Manage key accounts and build strong partner relationships
• Analyze data and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• 5-7 years in BD / Sales / OTA / E-commerce
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Data-driven and result-oriented
• Fast-paced, proactive, and resilient
• Fluent in English (Chinese/Russian is a plus)
• Knowledge of the tourism industry
