Head of Corporate Finance (Investment)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop financial modeling for M&A, project feasibility, business valuation for Shopping centers, Residences, and REIT projects, including JV & mixed-use development projects
• Originate and drive transaction ideas, identifying opportunities, opening and leveraging relationships
• Execute through the due diligence, bid, negotiation, and approval phases, including interfacing with internal and external legal specialists, accountants, technical, and other experts
• Understand key business drivers and predict, identify, and manage key issues and risks through insights, factual conclusions, and advice
• Contribute to financial planning and decision-making at the top executive level to develop and implement a financial strategy that aligns with the company's long-term business goals

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Investment, Corporate Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in investment banking and M&A, including experience playing a key role in executing transactions
• Experience with deal execution of M&A and IPO projects
• Experience in M&A consulting, Capital Markets, or Financial Consulting
• Superior quantitative and analytical skills with financial modeling experience, building operational and cash flow models
• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both Thai and English
