Product Owner

About the Role

The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities for squad team.
• Conduct customer research to gain an understanding of customers’ needs as well as the market and competition.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Provide input to estimations on projects based on business requirements.
• Manage product development end-to-end: create user stories for the squad and prioritize product feature backlog to ensure maximum value aligned with product strategy.
• Lead product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new features/functionalities.
• Perform product demos to customers and all stakeholders.
• Provide post Go-live support: assist users, work with analysts to find root causes and coordinate with technical teams to resolve incidents or issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail business (O2O), Supply chain systems, E-commerce and focus on Omni-channel using Data-driven marketing, Data science, or Business intelligence.
• Around 3-5 Years of working experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
• CX or UX/UI experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skill and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with a vision; self-organized and self-motivated with a business mindset.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
