KOL/Creator Support - Games (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Research and identify KOLs that align with campaign goals and the overall KOL plan.
• Reach out to KOLs to check pricing, availability, and interest.
• Support KOLs throughout the content creation process.
• Collect and compile KOL performance data for post-campaign analysis.
• Scout and evaluate new creators to expand the talent pool.
• Execute monthly briefs and initiatives as assigned by the KOL lead.
• Provide support to creators during content creation, offering guidance and feedback when needed.
• Respond to and resolve creator issues (creator tickets) promptly and effectively.
• Track, monitor, and report on creator performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in KOL field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with KOL/creator and internal team.
• Ability to create clear and concise content briefs tailored to specific KOL/creator.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative content.
• Passion in games.
• Regularly use TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram.
• Effective communication skills in both Thai and English.
