Senior Finance Transformation Manager | Bangkok | Life Insurance

We're looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join one of our global clients in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end finance transformation programmes in the Life Insurance industry
• Advising on finance operating model redesign, process optimisation, and technology enablement
• Driving change across CFO agendas - from regulatory reporting to digital finance
• Managing client relationships and leading high-performing project teams

Qualifications

• Strong finance foundation (desired: CPA or equivalent)
• Proven consulting experience, ideally within Life Insurance
• Technically adept - comfortable with ERP/EPM platforms, data & analytics, and automation tools
• A track record of delivering complex transformation projects at a senior level
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
