Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Role Objective

Provide onsite Data Center Operations (DCO) managed services at a Data Center in Rayong, Thailand, supporting logistics, inventory, asset movement, and operational coordination to ensure smooth and reliable day-to-day data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Data Center Operations as part of the onsite managed services team
• Manage receiving, storage, staging, movement, handover, and dispatch of IT and data center equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records, ensuring full traceability of equipment within the data center
• Coordinate equipment movement for deployment, installation, replacement, maintenance, and decommissioning activities
• Support equipment deliveries and ensure proper documentation, verification, and handover
• Coordinate closely with DCO engineers, vendors, couriers, and other onsite service providers
• Manage operational requests and activities in accordance with agreed SLAs, SOPs, and operational requirements
• Ensure compliance with data center security, access control, EHS, and operational procedures
• Perform inventory reconciliation and stock checks, and support periodic audits
• Track operational issues and service requests, escalating and following through to closure as required
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular service and inventory reports

Requirements

• Experience in data center operations, IT operations, logistics, inventory, asset management, or managed services
• Experience in a data center or mission-critical environment is preferred
• Familiarity with IT/data center equipment such as servers, racks, network equipment, cabling, and related infrastructure is an advantage
• Strong attention to asset control, documentation, and operational accuracy
• Comfortable working in an SLA-driven, SOP-controlled, and security-sensitive environment
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Thai and English
• Willing and able to work onsite at a Data Center in Rayong, Thailand
