[IT One] SAP Consultant

About the Role

Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; and SAP application technical architecture. Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance and use considerable judgment to determine solutions, seeking guidance on complex problems.
• Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within IT One.
• Interact primarily with direct supervisor and may interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
• Contribute to project implementation, support, rollout, upgrade and testing activities for SAP projects.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of professional SAP experience in both Project Implementation and Support.
• At least 3 full cycle implementations for SAP projects.
• Strong configuration and testing experience; added advantages if experienced in Rollout, Support and Upgrade projects.
• Experience in coaching team members to achieve target goals and proven success in leading teams to deliver projects.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, and a desire to work in an information systems environment.
