About the Role

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) includes roles that create and implement health, safety, occupational and environmental programs to prevent injuries and illnesses within the workplace and environmental accidents.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement health, safety, occupational and environmental programs to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses and environmental accidents.
• Inspect workplace and environmental incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external HSE requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Support operations by performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks across a range of experience levels.
• Work independently, apply standards, and make departures from established processes to resolve problems within defined boundaries.
• Handle tasks of limited scope and complexity, exercise independent judgment, and escalate non-routine problems to more experienced colleagues or supervisors.
• Skills developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience; limited job and business knowledge expected at time of hiring.
