About the Company

Jenosize Digital Group, a leading innovator in Thailand's marketing and technology space, seeks a passionate and results-oriented Engineering Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team of talented engineers to develop and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our marketing technology products (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork). This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to leverage their technical expertise and leadership abilities to build a high-performing engineering team and drive the success of our innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with engineers on complex technical challenges through pairing sessions, code reviews, and hands-on contributions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends relevant to Jenosize's products and the marketing technology industry.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to product roadmap and architecture; identify and evaluate new technologies.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.
• Recruit, interview, and hire engineering talent; conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to break down features into tasks; develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery while fostering clear communication between teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps); implement tools and practices for collaboration, code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer and minimum 2+ years in a leadership role within a software development team.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills; effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor engineers; strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for building high-quality, innovative software products.
