About the Role

Role: Project Manager
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (onsite)
Duration: 12 Months contract, renewable
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong lending/asset finance experience within Banking and Financial Services to lead complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams, engaging local stakeholders, vendors and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across banking initiatives: planning, execution, monitoring and delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget and quality standards
• Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, business teams, vendors and clients
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, risk management and escalations
• Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance and business teams to ensure alignment with banking regulations and internal policies
• Drive project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports and steering committee materials
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk and security standards typical to the banking environment
• Support change management activities and user adoption where applicable

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within Banking or Financial Services, with exposure to lending/asset finance, payments, retail or corporate banking
• Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) – mandatory; strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), project governance, reporting, budgeting and risk management
• Experience with regulatory initiatives such as AML, KYC, risk or compliance is a plus
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or other relevant project management certifications preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment with strong leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills
