IE Engineer (IE Systems and SAP)

Responsibilities

• Apply IE methods to improve efficiency and optimize cost in the assigned production area, minimizing non value-added operations while considering quality, cost, quantity, timing and ergonomics.
• Maintain IE master data in manufacturing systems (JRules, SAP, FACT) and production planning/controlling systems; cross-check correctness and completeness of data.
• Develop process descriptions and work instructions.
• Collaborate on capacity, production, personnel and budget planning; collect and prepare data for capacity debottlenecking and strategic projects.
• Analyze losses data, OEE/TEEP and wage systems; calculate efficiency key figures for production employees.
• Implement and maintain wage accounting and incentive premium calculation systems; propose incentive KPIs, targets and rules.
• Consolidate capacity reporting, PIP reports, CUD reports, headcount plans, shopfloor data analysis and fixed monthly management/central reporting.
• Act as local key user for SAP/JRules and IE local key user for SFI & MMS; participate in the IET network for systems development and master data standards.
• Develop proposals and concepts for IE-internal software, including programming and new IT system initiatives.
• Ensure implementation of improvement measures, maintain controls and raise awareness of ESH responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 1–3 years' experience in manufacturing, production or process improvement roles.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and time/motion studies.
• Strong ability to analyze data, optimize production processes and manage supply chain/logistics.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork and effective communication to bridge technical and business teams.
• Good command of English.
